The SMS program
EKO Solar Pros sends operational text message alerts about solar service work to the business owner and to authorized staff. Messages cover new form submissions, customer deposits, invoice payments, appointment and job updates, and payment failures. Messages are sent from (404) 738-5722. This is not a marketing program and we do not send promotional text messages.
How to opt in
You may opt in in either of two ways: by entering your own mobile number and enabling the SMS alert toggles on the Settings → SMS Alerts page of the authenticated EKO Solar Ops application, or by texting START or YES to (404) 738-5722. Only the person who controls the mobile number may opt that number in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies according to job activity.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to every message you send and receive.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You may also reply CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, STOPALL, REVOKE, or END. After you send one of these, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending messages to that number. To rejoin, opt in again as described above.

Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information we collect.
